There have been a number of Wii releases from Nintendo for 2009, among which the news for North America remain on the top. The two brands, the Play on Wii, remake of Pikmin and Mario Power Tennis, remake for the States look like will lead the brand here.
However, there seems to be bad news as well that the movie Disaster: Day of Crisis which would have been one of the blockbusters for North America is still due for release. This is not that surprising as Reggie Fils-Aime, believed that any U.S release hinges on the performance of the game in Europe. It is still not confirmed how the movie Disaster has fared in Europe last Friday. There are a number of remakes of Play of Wii which include Donkey Kong Jungle Beat, Chibi-Robo, and the two Metroid Primes. This list doesn’t include all the next year Wii releases and we still are counting upon Disaster.
