Marvelous Entertainment and Ubisoft have been into partnership since long time. It was Ubisoft who helped ME to introduce No More Heroes in North America as the Japanese publisher did not have the American branch at that time.
We were expecting the same compatibility among the two companies in regards to No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle. However secret sources reveal that the partnership will not continue for long. This time Ubisoft is negotiating with its friend for the release of the game. What I think is Ubisoft knows that they have the potential to get copies at the stores thus we know who wins!
