Looks like South Korea will finally see the Wii launched on April 26th. Although the U.S. got its hands on the console at the end of 2006, Koreans will be treated to a few discounts that we never saw. They'll also receive their own Virtual console with NES, SNES, and N64 titles.
The Wii will run for about $224 at launch and the games will set our South Korean friends back between $39 and $49. The first day will also see the release of Pangya Golf 2nd Shot, FIFA 2008, Wii Play, Elebits, Wii Sports, and Rayman Raving Rabbids 2. The virtual Console game will also run for less Wii Points than their American counterparts. Welcome to the party, South Korea.
