Karaoke Joysound Wii, is one of the prime video entertainments being looked forward to in Japan. The karaoke program from Hudson, which enables users to transform their Wiis into music-blaring machines by simply downloading their selections from a huge music library at a price of just 300 yen, could soon be on its way out of the Japanese video market. It could easily be one of the leaders in the industry due to the huge karaoke culture of Japan, as well as the mass scale at which licenses can be obtained unlike Hudson USA.
But if a recent report is anything to go by, we have a huge shift in the product's market n our hands in the near future. The game is slated for release this December 2008 in Japan, to be followed closely by its release in USA and UK in 2009. There couldn't be a better news for keen gamers and music freaks in the West, what with the product all set to be released at prices just around US $3!
